I have sent messages to the post master, but nothing ever changes and I don’t have time to sit down and find the numbers for all of the local post offices and call to make sure that someone else is doing their job. I find that it’s a lazy mailman or one who’s equipment failed and doesn’t bother to keep track of it to handle it when he gets back to the post office.
